Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the Simplicity website, game client, store, forums, Discord community, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Simplicity, downloading the client, creating an account, joining community spaces, voting, or making a store purchase, you agree to follow these terms and any posted game or community rules.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the services.

Accounts and Conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure. Staff may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that break rules or create risk for the community.

  • Do not use bots, macros, exploits, unauthorized clients, or automation.
  • Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or abuse other players or staff.
  • Do not sell, trade, or transfer accounts, virtual items, currency, or benefits for real-world value unless staff explicitly allows it.
  • Report bugs and payment issues honestly instead of using them for advantage.

Virtual Items and Store Purchases

Store purchases, donor benefits, ranks, points, currency, and in-game items are digital access benefits for use within Simplicity only. They have no cash value and do not represent ownership of software, data, or any real-world property.

Simplicity may rebalance, modify, replace, or remove virtual content when needed for game health, security, technical issues, or rule enforcement.

Payments and Chargebacks

You must be authorized to use any payment method you provide. Fraudulent payments, payment disputes, or chargebacks may result in removal of benefits, account restrictions, store bans, or other action.

Refund eligibility is handled under the Refund Policy.

Availability and Changes

Simplicity is provided as-is and may be updated, interrupted, reset, or discontinued at any time. We may change these terms when needed, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Independent Project

Simplicity is an independent project developed and managed by our team of professional developers.
